The District 69 PTO, officially established as a not-for-profit PTA in 1978, is organized to support quality programs and events in our district’s schools. These efforts typically reach beyond the regular classroom experience and act as a supplement to the curriculum at each grade level. We also try to foster open communication between parents, teachers, and administrators. One PTO unit links all three schools in our district: Madison, Edison, and Lincoln Junior High. Additionally, the PTO links our community of parents, teachers and administrators together in a common goal: to give each student as many positive opportunities as possible to explore and learn in a safe and caring environment.
